there is something very haunting about this picture. the fact she is deformed, injured and very sad is one thing. but the fact she actually looks human, with some sort of parasite on her right making her ugly, and the fact you have put earth in the background and left her alone sends shivers down my spine. i really like this art, i do. but i hate that it is screaming out society's response to "difference" in such an honest and point-blank fashion. and for that, i love this picture.
That's exactly what I wanted to say with this painting.
Thank you. I appreciate this a lot.
i love this, and i love that the only color you have used is to accentuate her eyes - which are a voluptuous red. making them very sensual, but also demonic.
i'd say the curve of the waist cuts in a little too much, but it may just be the angle that she stands. sadly i am not great at anatomy.
i love that the skulls add all of the shadow to the picture, but do not take the focus.
you have a very strong piece of art here. something I would happily display in my hallway.
he shaves her pubes and forces her to eat them. then makes her piss in a dog bowl, drink it and vomit over her snatch. then he cuts her head off and uses her hair to mob up the mess....
nah, we need something more original...
(great artwork. the B&W keeps the focus on the story. the characters are great. nice work!)
hey! I've been a regular NG visitor for a couple of years now. back in the days of early claymation and Mr Happy Face. so yeh, I'm a noob guitarist with intersts in dabbling with a pencil looking for honest opinions and hopefully appreciation. peace out!
